Evangelicals have become more focused on changing legislation than on changing hearts and lives for Jesus. They are spending most of their vast financial wealth on themselves rather than on ministry to the poor and needy. American Evangelical Christianity does not even vaguely resemble the life and ministry of Jesus revealed in the Bible. Henry Bechthold is the pastor of a non-denominational Christian church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been studying, teaching, and preaching for more than twenty-five years. He is also the founder of Inner City Outreach, a ministry that provides new clothing for the poor and homeless.
